Very happy with design and finish of the 2622 Hudson Valley Pendant Light. We purchased the light for over the sink area of a small kitchen. I first purchased a light from a different group at half the price. It also was of good qualtiy and good design. But due to the colors in the kitchen and need for as much light as possible; I decided to spend the extra bucks for a Hudson Valley Product to get exactly what I wanted in design, finish and color-light balance. So my advice is that if you can't spend the extra bucks for top of the line, keep hunting for a compromise, esp. if you need to buy many simialr or matching units. I got away with only buying the one and I am very happy with the purchase and stayed in my budget (almost).

Although this light was somewhat more expensive than others, it is exactly what we were looking for. We needed something that had an old look to it but also looked modern enough to fit in a newly remodeled kitchen in a historic house. Looks great!

Beautiful. Extension rods work perfectly. Love it over our sink!
